Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before submitting your wardrobe photographs. Once your wardrobe photographs have been received and preparation has begun, cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, as your personalised Style Edit will already have been prepared. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always do my best to accommodate a change where possible.
